Introduction

Construct AI is an AI project intelligence layer that reads what's happening on a construction project and surfaces the gaps before they become losses.

It is the flagship product in the Seamless AI portfolio, live in beta with a construction partner, Integrity Construction LLC. It sits on top of how construction teams already work and handles the coordination, documentation, and communication overhead that consumes a project manager's day.

Challenges addressed

Coordination overhead. Project managers spend most of their time on change orders, subcontractor communication, document version control, and budget tracking rather than managing the project.

Software that only records. Most project management tools are a task list. They don't anticipate, surface, or learn.

Money lost quietly. Missed change orders and budget variance cost real money that never shows up until it's too late to recover.

Low tolerance for new behavior. Adoption fails the moment a tool asks a busy team to change how they work.

Research

Understanding user needs

Operational grounding. The product was built against the reality of a working construction business, with success metrics defined alongside the partner before build.

Financial framing. The core problem is money lost to coordination overhead and missed change orders — a number the partner already tracks.

Trust requirements. Every surfaced risk has to point back to the source document or data that triggered it.

Key insights

If the product can't move a number the partner already measures, it isn't working.

The system earns trust by showing its work and by being honest about what it doesn't know.

Adoption depends on meeting people where they are, including by voice.
